Mr. Sykes has served in a myriad of roles within the utility operations and consulting engineering arena for nearly 25 years. He brings an in-depth knowledge of master planning, design, startup, and operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities, and is an expert in the areas of biological nutrient removal and wastewater process design. Mr Sykes received his BS and MS degrees in civil engineering from Mississippi State University. DANIEL E. GROSELLE, P.E., Principal and Founder
Mr. Groselle has nearly 25 years of hands-on experience in utility design, operations, and management, in addition to extensive experience in the planning, design, implementation, and operation of effluent and biosolids reuse and disposal systems for municipal and industrial treatment and processing facilities. Mr. Groselle received his MS and BS in agricultural engineering from the University of Georgia. Mr. Eddlemon has over 15 years of experience in utility design, construction, operations and management, in addition to extensive experience in the fields of hydraulic modeling and analysis. He has also worked with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of personnel and financial management. Mr. Eddlemon received his BS and MS degrees in water resources management and engineering from the University of Connecticut and holds an MBA from the University of Georgia. Mr. Tickerhoof has over 25 years experience specializing in solving operational and maintenance challenges. His areas of expertise include supervision and management, computerized process control, compliance monitoring, personnel training, budgeting and cost savings, solid processing, land application of sewage\ sludge, pumping station operation, and interfacing with regulatory agencies. Mr. Tickerhoof received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and holds operator certifications in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. |
