Assistant Project Manager
Warner Robins, GA

As Assistant Project Manager with the ESG Operations team in Warner Robins, GA you will be able to use your skills and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of the people of your community.
As Assistant Project Manager you would manage day-to-day activities of a team providing contract operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater utilities. You would be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate reports and scheduling work crews. We will ask you to interview, training, instruction, coaching, and mentoring personnel.
Relationships are the key to our success and we will ask you to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Project Manager, clients and community stakeholders while ensuring the enforcement of City, County, State, and Federal regulations and policies.

- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in Wastewater and/or Water Operations
- Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills
- Strong detail-oriented work style
- Proven experience in making sound financial, technical, and human resources decisions
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Prefer candidates that are willing to live within 30 minutes of the City of Warner Robins, Georgia
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes generous benefits and a bonus plan. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays. Relocation assistance may be available.
